UHMW-PE is more durable and has less friction than other plastics and metals. It takes hits and bounces back, runs quieter and withstands extreme temperatures, giving it toughness for wear-intensive applications.

Unlike other plastics, it’s chemical resistant and doesn’t soak up water, making it ideal for uses that must be safe and sanitary. Unlike metal, it’s self-lubricating.

When UHMW-PE plastic requires stiffness and strength, we embed steel core. When parts need flexibility, we use spring steel. Using compression and molds designed and built in-house, we avoid waste that comes from machining UHMW-PE sheets, as competitors do.
